  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberi oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak dengan kelulusan Raja dalam Mesyuarat, dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Pekan Simpang mengikut pemberitahuan No. 1736 yang disiarkan pada 5hb Jun 1914 dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi Rizab Melayu.

REVOCATION OF THE SIMPANG TOWN TO BE A

MALAY RESERVATION

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay Reservations

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak with the approval of the Ruler in Council hereby declares that the areas described in the Schedule being part of the area declared as Simpang Town Malay Reservations vide

Notification No. 1736 published on 5 June 1914 in the Federated Malay States

Government Gazette shall cease to be a Malay Reservation.

The area of approximately 0.626 hectares in the Town of Simpang, District of Larut and Matang, outlined in grey on P.W. 1516 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey Perak, Ipoh.
