- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 31 Akta Insurans 1996 [Akta 553], Menteri telah, melalui notis bertulis bertarikh 31 Januari 2011, membatalkan lesen BH Insurance (M) Berhad untuk menjalankan perniagaan insurans am mulai 14 Februari 2011. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Insurance Act 1996 [Act 553], the Minister had, by a written notice dated 31 January 2011, revoked the licence of BH Insurance (M) Berhad to carry on general insurance business with effect from 14 February 2011.
