- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 31 Akta Insurans 1996 [Akta 553], Menteri telah, melalui notis bertulis bertarikh 1 Disember 2010, membatalkan lesen Mayban Life Assurance Berhad untuk menjalankan perniagaan insurans hayat mulai 15 Disember 2010. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 31 of the Insurance Act 1996 [Act 553], the Minister had, by a written notice dated 1 December 2010, revoked the licence of Mayban Life Assurance Berhad to carry on life insurance business with effect from 15 December 2010.
