PEMBATALAN PELANTIKAN ANGGOTA DAN ANGGOTA SILIH GANTI LEMBAGA

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(1)(e) dan subseksyen 5(1)

Akta Lembaga Lebuh Raya Malaysia (Pemerbadanan) 1980 [Akta 231], pelantikan orang yang dinamakan dalam ruang (1) dan (2) Jadual masing-masing sebagai anggota dan anggota silih ganti Lembaga sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam Warta yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (3) dibatalkan berkuat kuasa mulai 11 Disember 2023.

REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENT OF MEMBER AND ALTERNATE MEMBER

OF THE AUTHORITY

IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(1)(e) and subsection 5(1)

of the Highway Authority Malaysia (Incorporation) Act 1980 [Act 231], the appointment of the persons named in columns (1) and (2) of the Schedule as member and alternate member of the Authority respectively as published in the Gazette specified in column (3)

are revoked with effect from 11 December 2023.
