- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 120(3) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 [Akta 333], Menteri membatalkan perisytiharan pihak berkuasa yang berkenaan melalui Pemberitahuan di bawah Subseksyen 120(3) Akta Pengangkutan Jalan 1987 sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam P.U. (B) 201/2002 pada 27 Jun 2002.
