Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 58(1)
Akta Kanak-Kanak 2001 [Akta 611], Menteri membatalkan penetapan Asrama Paya
Terubung, Pulau Pinang sebagai tempat tahanan melalui P.U. (B) 78/1973 yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 1 Mac 1973.

REVOCATION OF APPOINTMENT OF PLACE OF DETENTION
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 58(1)
of the
Child Act 2001 [Act 611], the Minister revokes the appointment of Asrama Paya
Terubung, Pulau Pinang as place of detention by P.U. (B) 78/1973 published in the Gazette on 1 March 1973.
