- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2A(3) of the Moneylenders Act 1951 [Act 400], the Minister revokes the exemption under subsection 2A(2) of the Act for the companies specified in column (1) of the Schedule as published in the Gazette by the notifications specified in column (2) comes into operation on the date of its publication in the Gazette.
