Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 2A(3) Akta Pemberi Pinjam
Wang 1951 [Akta 400], Menteri membatalkan pemberitahuan Pengecualian di bawah
Subseksyen 2A(2) [P.U. (B) 122/2024] bagi syarikat yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 29 Mac 2024 berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh penyiaran pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta.

REVOCATION OF EXEMPTION UNDER SUBSECTION 2A(3)
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2A(3) of the Moneylenders Act 1951
[Act 400], the Minister revokes the notification of Exemption under Subsection 2A(2)
[P.U. (B) 122/2024] for the companies specified in the Schedule as published in the Gazette on 29 March 2024 with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
