- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 2A(3) Akta Pemberi Pinjam Wang 1951 [Akta 400], Menteri membatalkan pemberitahuan Pengecualian di bawah Subseksyen 2A(2) [P.U. (B) 122/2024] bagi syarikat yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual sebagaimana yang disiarkan dalam Warta pada 29 Mac 2024 berkuat kuasa mulai tarikh penyiaran pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 2A(3) of the Moneylenders Act 1951 [Act 400], the Minister revokes the notification of Exemption under Subsection 2A(2) [P.U. (B) 122/2024] for the companies specified in the Schedule as published in the Gazette on 29 March 2024 with effect from the date of publication of this notification in the Gazette.
