  1. Pada menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b) Enakmen Rizab Melayu [N.M.B. Bab 142], Menteri Besar Perak dengan kelulusan Pihak Berkuasa Negeri dengan ini mengisytiharkan bahawa mulai dari tarikh disiarkan pemberitahuan ini dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Perak, maka kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada kawasan yang diisytiharkan sebagai Rizab Melayu Sungai Jambu melalui Pemberitahuan No. 4655 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri-Negeri Melayu Bersekutu pada 29 Ogos 1940 hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi Rizab Melayu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay Reservation

Enactment [F.M.S. Cap 142], the Menteri Besar Perak with the approval of the State Authority hereby declares that from the date of publication of this notification in the Perak Government Gazette, the area describe in the Schedule being part of the area declared as the Sungai Jambu Malay Reserve vide

Notification No. 4655 published in the Federated Malay States Government

Gazette on 29 August 1940 shall cease to be Malay Reserve.
