Preamble

Pada menjalankan tugas yang diberi oleh subseksyen 4(i), Enakmen Rizab Melayu 1936 [Enakmen No. 1/1936], Pengarah Tanah dan Galian, Johor dengan persetujuan Dulu Yang Maha Mulia Sultan dalam mesyuarat, dengan ini membatalkan sebahagian perisytiharan Kawasan Simpanan Melayu Kampung Sialang Chenas yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Johor pada 22 Disember 1983 melalui Pemberitahuan Bil. 1381 setakat mana ia berkenaan dengan luas kawasan tanah yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan Pelan No. P.W. 2863 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Johor di bawah seksyen 410 Kanun Tanah Negara. 4hb Feb. 2010] 811 WARTA KERAJAAN NEGERI JOHOR

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 4(i), of the Malay Reservations

Enactment 1936 [Enactment No. 1/1936], the Director of Lands and Mines,

Johore with the approval of His Highness the Sultan in Council, hereby revokes partially the declaration of area as a Simpanan Melayu Kampung

Sialang Chenas which was published in the Johore Government Gazette on 22 December 1983 as Notification No. 1381 in so far as it relates to the area of land as described in the Schedule and delinated in grey on Plan No.

P.W. 2863 deposited under section 410 of the National Land Code, in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping Johore.
