In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b) of the Malay

Reservations Enactment [F.M.S. Cap. 142], the Menteri Besar of Perak, with the approval of the Ruler in Council hereby declares that from the date of publication of this notification in the Perak Government Gazette, the area described in the Schedule being part of area declared as Pundut Malay Reserve vide Notification No. 737 published in the Perak Government Gazette dated 20 July 1989 shall cease to be part of the Malay Reserve.

The area of 3.056 hectares in the Mukim of Lumut, District of Manjung outlined in grey on P.W. 4812 deposited in the Office of The Director of

Survey and Mapping, Perak.
