Pada menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 4(i)(b), Enakmen Rizab Melayu 1936 [Enakmen No. 1/1936], Pengarah Tanah dan Galian, Johor dengan persetujuan Raja dalam Mesyuarat mengisytiharkan bahawa dari tarikh Pemberitahuan ini disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Johor, tanah yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual yang menjadi sebahagian daripada tanah-tanah yang diisytiharkan sebagai Kawasan Rizab Melayu Jemaluang melalui Pemberitahuan Bil. 833 yang disiarkan dalam Warta Kerajaan Negeri Johor pada 10 Julai 1940 hendaklah terhenti daripada menjadi Kawasan Rizab Melayu.

In exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 4(i)(b), of the Malay Reservations Enactment 1936 [Enactment No. 1/1936], the Director of Lands and Mines Johore with the approval of the Sultan in Council declares that from the date of publication of this Notification in the Johore Government Gazette, the land described in the Schedule being part of the land declared as Jemaluang Malay Reservation by Notification No. 833 published in the Johore Government Gazette on the 10 July 1940 shall cease to be a Malay Reservations.
