STAMP ACT 1949
AUTHORIZATION UNDER SUBSECTION 9(1)
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 9(1) of the Stamp Act 1949
[Act 378], the Collector authorizes the person specified in column (1) of the Schedule to compound for the payment of duty on the instrument specified in column (2)
which is chargeable with stamp duty in respect of the item in the First Schedule to the Act specified in column (3).
