PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh perenggan 3(1)(e) Peraturan-Peraturan Pilihan Raya (Pengundian Pos) 2003 [P.U. (A) 185/2003], Suruhanjaya Pilihan Raya menetapkan orang yang dinyatakan dalam ruang (1) Jadual yang merupakan anggota bagi kategori orang yang diperihalkan dalam ruang (2) sebagai pengundi pos.
