Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Titles of Office Act 1949 [Act 399], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the additions to the First Schedule to the Act after the heading “DEFENCE” and the particulars relating to it the heading and particulars as specified in the Schedule with effect from 3 December 2022.
