- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 4 Akta Nama Jawatan 1949 [Akta 399], Yang di-Pertuan Agong membuat tambahan kepada Jadual Pertama kepada Akta selepas tajuk “DEFENCE” dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya tajuk dan butir-butir sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual berkuat kuasa mulai 3 Disember 2022. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 4 of the Titles of Office Act 1949 [Act 399], the Yang di-Pertuan Agong makes the additions to the First Schedule to the Act after the heading “DEFENCE” and the particulars relating to it the heading and particulars as specified in the Schedule with effect from 3 December 2022.
