NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 60

Opening note

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Director of R.E. Rogers (Malaysia) Sdn. Bhd. from the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of display at the Langkawi International Maritime & Aerospace Exhibition 2019 (LIMA 2019).

This notification has effect for the period from 11 March 2019 to 15 April 2019.
