PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 60 Akta Senjata 1960 [Akta 206], Menteri mengecualikan Tuan Yang Terutama Antony Blinken, Setiausaha Negara Amerika Syarikat dan delegasinya daripada—

pemakaian subseksyen 3(2) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud Lawatan Kerja Rasmi

Setiausaha Negara itu ke Malaysia; dan

(b)

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts His Excellency Antony Blinken, Secretary of State of the United States of America and his delegation from—

(a)

the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of the Secretary of State’s

Official Working Visit to Malaysia; and

(b)

the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of the Secretary of State’s

Official Working Visit to Malaysia.
