Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the United States of America Special Operational Command from—

(a)

the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of training for the

Bilateral Training Flash Mint 23-2451 between the United States of America

Special Operational Command and the Marine Police Force, Royal Malaysia

Police in Penang provided that the arms licence granted to the

United States of America Special Operational Command in respect of the arms and ammunition is in force; and

(b)

the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of the Bilateral
