Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the United States Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha, Charlie Company, 1st Special Forces Group (Airborne) from—

(a)

the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of training for the Joint Combine Exchange Training Balance Mint 24-0133 between the United States Special Forces Operational Detachment Alpha,

and the Special Actions Unit, Royal Malaysia Police in Perak provided that the arms licence granted to the United States Special Forces

the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of the
