Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 60 Akta Senjata 1960 [Akta 206],
Menteri mengecualikan Canadian Armed Forces daripada—
pemakaian subseksyen 3(2) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud latihan bagi
Eksesais MANTIS Siri 11/2025 antara Canadian Armed Forces dengan Tentera Darat Malaysia di Melaka dengan syarat bahawa lesen senjata yang diberikan kepada
Canadian
Armed
Forces berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi itu berkuat kuasa; dan
pemakaian subseksyen 5(1) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud Eksesais MANTIS
Siri 11/2025 antara Canadian Armed Forces dengan Tentera Darat
Malaysia di Melaka.

ARMS ACT 1960
NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 60
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Canadian Armed Forces from—
the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of training for the
MANTIS Exercise Series 11/2025 between the Canadian Armed Forces and the Malaysian Army in Malacca provided that the arms licence granted to the Canadian Armed Forces in respect of the arms and ammunition is in force; and
the application of subsection 5(1) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of the MANTIS Exercise
Series 11/2025 between the Canadian Armed Forces and the Malaysian
Army in Malacca.
