NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 60

Preamble

Suggest a fix
  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Canadian Armed Forces from—

(a)

the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of training for the

MANTIS Exercise Series 11/2025 between the Canadian Armed Forces and the Malaysian Army in Malacca provided that the arms licence granted to the Canadian Armed Forces in respect of the arms and ammunition is in force; and

Suggest a fix

(b)

the application of subsection 5(1) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of the MANTIS Exercise

Series 11/2025 between the Canadian Armed Forces and the Malaysian
