Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 60 Akta Senjata 1960 [Akta 206],
Menteri mengecualikan Pengarah dan ejen Global Exhibitions & Conferences Sdn. Bhd.
daripada—
pemakaian subseksyen 3(2) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud pameran di Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2025
(LIMA 2025) dengan syarat bahawa lesen senjata yang diberikan kepada
Pengarah dan ejen Global Exhibitions & Conferences Sdn. Bhd.
berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi itu berkuat kuasa; dan
pemakaian subseksyen 5(1) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud pameran di Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2025
(LIMA 2025).

Pemberitahuan ini berkuat kuasa mulai 20 April 2025 hingga 20 Jun 2025.

ARMS ACT 1960
NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 60
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Director and agent of Global Exhibitions & Conferences
Sdn. Bhd. from—
the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of display at the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2025
(LIMA
2025)
provided that the arms licence granted to the Director and agent of Global Exhibitions & Conferences Sdn. Bhd.
in respect of the arms and ammunition is in force; and
the application of subsection 5(1) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of display at the Langkawi International Maritime and Aerospace Exhibition 2025
(LIMA 2025).

This Notification has effect from 20 April 2025 to 20 June 2025.
