Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 60 Akta Senjata 1960 [Akta 206],
Menteri mengecualikan Pegawai Keselamatan Peribadi bagi Pembesar Negara daripada
Amerika Syarikat, Kanada dan Indonesia daripada —
pemakaian subseksyen 3(2) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud Sidang Kemuncak ASEAN
Ke-47; dan
pemakaian perenggan 5(1)(a) dan (b) Akta berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi yang dimaksudkan semata-mata bagi maksud Sidang Kemuncak
ASEAN Ke-47.

ARMS ACT 1960
NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 60
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the Personal Security Officer of the Heads of State from the United
States of America, Canada and Indonesia from —
the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purposes of the 47th ASEAN
Summit; and
the application of paragraphs 5(1)(a) and (b) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purposes of the 47th
ASEAN Summit.

This Notification has effect from 26 October 2025 to 28 October 2025.
