Operational Command (U.S. SOCOM) dengan Tentera Darat Malaysia di Melaka dengan syarat bahawa lesen senjata yang diberikan kepada

United States Special Operational Command (U.S. SOCOM) berkenaan dengan senjata dan amunisi itu berkuat kuasa; dan

NOTIFICATION UNDER SECTION 60

Preamble

Suggest a fix
  1. IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister exempts the United States Special Operational Command (U.S. SOCOM) from—

(a)

the application of subsection 3(2) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of training for the Joint Combine Exchange Training Balance Mint Exercise between the United States Special Operational Command (U.S. SOCOM) and the Malaysian Army in Malacca provided that the arms licence granted to the United States Special Operational Command (U.S. SOCOM) in respect of the arms and ammunition is in force; and

(b)

the application of subseksyen 5(1) of the Act in respect of arms and ammunition intended solely for the purpose of the Joint Combine Exchange
