PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 60 Akta Senjata 1960 [Akta 206], Menteri membatalkan pengecualian yang diberikan kepada suatu badan sukan paintball yang berdaftar di bawah Akta Pembangunan Sukan 1997 [Akta 576] dan kepada mana-mana anggota berdaftar suatu badan sukan paintball yang berdaftar di bawah Akta Pembangunan Sukan 1997 sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Pemberitahuan di bawah Seksyen 60 [P.U. (B) 63/2017] yang telah disiarkan pada 27 Januari 2017.

NOTIFICATON UNDER SECTION 60 (REVOCATION) 2019

Opening note

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 60 of the Arms Act 1960 [Act 206], the Minister revokes the exemption given to a paintball sports body registered under the Sports Development Act 1997 [Act 576] and to any registered member of the paintball sports body registered under the Sports Development Act 1997 as specified in the Notification under Section 60 [P.U. (B) 63/2017] published on 27 January 2017.

This Notification comes into operation on 1 December 2019.
