IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 8
of the
Holidays
Act 1951
[Act 369], as extended and modified by the
Federal
Territory of
Labuan
(Extension and
Modification of
Holidays
Act)
Order 2005
[P.U.
511/2005], the
Prime
Minister appoints 15 September 2025 as a public holiday in the Federal Territory of Labuan in addition to the days mentioned in the First Schedule to the Act.
