Preamble
- MENURUT subseksyen 10(7) Akta Perancangan Bandar dan Desa 1976 [Akta 172], sebagaimana yang diperluas dan diubah suai oleh Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan (Pemerluasan dan Ubah Suaian Akta Perancangan Bandar dan Desa 1976) 2010 [P.U. (A) 442/2010], dengan ini diberitahu bahawa Menteri yang dipertanggungkan dengan tanggungjawab bagi Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan telah bersetuju dengan suatu draf rancangan struktur yang dikenali sebagai Rancangan Struktur Labuan 2040 dan telah mula berkuat kuasa pada 3 Mac 2025.

Bangunan, Tingkat 1, Wisma Perbadanan Labuan, Jalan Dewan, Peti Surat 81245, 87022
Wilayah Persekutuan Labuan pada waktu pejabat dari pukul 8.30 pagi hingga 4.30 petang mulai 24 April 2025.

TOWN AND COUNTRY PLANNING ACT 1976
NOTIFICATION UNDER SUBSECTION 10(7)
Opening note
Preamble
- PURSUANT to subsection 10(7) of the Town and Country Planning Act 1976 [Act 172], as extended and modified by the Federal Territory of Labuan (Extension and Modification of Town and Country Planning Act 1976) Order 2010 [P.U. (A) 442/2010], it is notified that the Minister charged with the responsibility for the Federal Territory of Labuan has assented a draft structure plan which is known as the Labuan Structure Plan 2040 and has come into effect on 3 March 2025.

Federal Territory of Labuan Planning Executive Committee as the Committee has adopted the structure plan together with the markings.

The structure plan may be inspected at the Department of Planning and Building
Control, Level 1, Wisma Perbadanan Labuan, Jalan Dewan, P.O. Box 81245, 87022
Federal Territory of Labuan during office hours from 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
