- MENURUT seksyen 9 Akta (Perancangan) Wilayah Persekutuan 1982 [Akta 267], Datuk Bandar Kuala Lumpur memberi notis bahawa Menteri telah meluluskan draf pelan struktur, yang dinamakan sebagai Pelan Struktur Kuala Lumpur 2040 selepas kelulusan, dengan ubah suaian pada 4 Oktober 2023. Pelan Struktur Kuala Lumpur 2040 boleh diperiksa atau dibeli dalam bentuk elektronik dalam laman web Dewan Bandaraya Kuala Lumpur atau dalam bentuk fizikal di Jabatan Perancangan Bandaraya, Tingkat 13, Menara DBKL 1, Jalan Raja Laut, 50350, Kuala Lumpur mulai 23 November 2023. Fi bagi pembelian salinan Pelan Struktur Kuala Lumpur 2040 itu hendaklah sebagaimana yang ditetapkan dalam Kaedah-Kaedah (Perancangan) Wilayah Persekutuan (Fi bagi Pembelian Pelan Struktur) 2023 [P.U. Preamble
- PURSUANT to section 9 of the Federal Territory (Planning) Act 1982 [Act 267], the Commissioner of the City of Kuala Lumpur gives notice that the Minister of Federal Territories has approved the draft structure plan, which is named as the Kuala Lumpur Structure Plan 2040 after approval, with modifications on 4 October 2023. A copy of the Kuala Lumpur Structure Plan 2040 may be inspected or purchased in electronic form on the website of Kuala Lumpur City Hall or in physical form at the Department of City Planning, Level 13, Menara DBKL 1, Jalan Raja Laut, 50350, Kuala Lumpur from 23 November 2023. The fee for the purchase of the Kuala Lumpur Structure Plan 2040 shall be as prescribed in the Federal Territory (Planning) (Fee for Purchase of Structure Plan) Rules 2023 [P.U. (A) 318/2023].
