- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 37(4) Akta Keselamatan dan Kesihatan Pekerjaan 1994 [Akta 514], Menteri telah pada 25 September 2025 meluluskan Tataamalan Industri bagi Sistem Pengurusan Loji (Skim Pemeriksaan Khas Kelas B). - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 37(4) of the Occupational Safety and Health Act 1994 [Act 514], the Minister has on 25 September 2025 approved the Industry Code of Practice for Plant Management System (Special Scheme of Inspection of Class B).
