IN exercise of the powers conferred by paragraph 11(ca)

of the

National

Land

Code

[Act 828], as modified by the

Federal

Territory

(Modification of National Land Code) Order, 1974 [P.U. (A) 56/1974] and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13

[P.U. (B) 108/2003], the Land Executive Committee of the Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur notifies that the boundary of Mukim Petaling is altered by adding to the area of Mukim Kuala Lumpur, the area described in the Schedule and delineated upon Gazette Plan No. 589 in grey which is deposited in the office of the

Department of Survey and Mapping of the Federal Territory.
