Kanun Tanah Negara [Akta 828], sebagaimana yang diubah suai melalui
Perintah Wilayah Persekutuan (Pengubahsuaian Kanun Tanah Negara), 1974

56/1974]
dan diwakilkan oleh
Kerajaan
Persekutuan melalui
Pewakilan Kuasa di bawah Seksyen 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], Jawatankuasa Kerja Tanah
Wilayah

Kuala
Lumpur memberitahu bahawa sempadan
Mukim Hulu Kelang diubah dengan menambah kepada kawasan Mukim Setapak, kawasan yang diperihalkan dalam Jadual dan ditandakan dengan warna kelabu di atas
Pelan Warta No. 586 yang disimpan di pejabat Jabatan Ukur dan Pemetaan
Wilayah Persekutuan.

and delegated by the Government of the Federation by the Delegation of Powers under Section 13 [P.U. (B) 108/2003], the Land Executive Committee of the
Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur notifies that the boundary of Mukim Hulu Kelang is altered by adding to the area of Mukim Setapak, the area described in the Schedule and delineated upon Gazette Plan No. 586 in grey which is deposited in the office of the Department of Survey and Mapping of the Federal Territory.
