Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Akta Zon Bebas 1990
[Akta 438], Menteri membatalkan perisytiharan—
Senai Airport City Fasa Satu yang terletak di Lot PTD 175329,
Mukim Tebrau, Daerah Johor Bahru, Johor sebagai suatu zon perindustrian bebas yang disiarkan dalam Warta melalui Pemberitahuan Zon Bebas
(Kawasan yang
Diisytiharkan)

pada 24 April 2015; dan
Senai Airport City yang terletak di Mukim Tebrau, Daerah Johor Bahru,
Johor sebagai suatu zon perindustrian bebas yang disiarkan dalam Warta melalui Pemberitahuan Zon Bebas (Kawasan yang Diisytiharkan)
(No. 2) 2020 [P.U. (B) 295/2020] pada 30 Jun 2020.

FREE ZONES ACT 1990
NOTIFICATION OF REVOCATION OF FREE ZONES
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1)
of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister revokes the declaration of—
Senai Airport City Phase One situated in Lot PTD 175329, Mukim Tebrau,
District of Johor Bahru, Johor as a free industrial zone published in the
Gazette by the Free Zones (Declared Area) Notification 2015
[P.U. (B) 187/2015] on 24 April 2015; and
Senai Airport City situated in the Mukim of Tebrau, District of Johor Bahru,
Johor as a free industrial zone published in the Gazette by the
Free Zones (Declared Area) Notification (No. 2) 2020 [P.U. (B) 295/2020]
on 30 June 2020.

This Notification comes into operation on 1 July 2025.
