NOTIFICATION OF REVOCATION OF FREE ZONES

Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister revokes the declaration of—
(a)
Senai Airport City Phase One situated in Lot PTD 175329, Mukim Tebrau,
District of Johor Bahru, Johor as a free industrial zone published in the
Gazette by the Free Zones (Declared Area) Notification 2015
[P.U. (B) 187/2015] on 24 April 2015; and
(b)
Senai Airport City situated in the Mukim of Tebrau, District of Johor Bahru,
Johor as a free industrial zone published in the Gazette by the
Free Zones (Declared Area) Notification (No. 2) 2020 [P.U. (B) 295/2020]
on 30 June 2020.

This Notification comes into operation on 1 July 2025.
