Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 3(1) Akta Zon Bebas 1990
[Akta 438], Menteri membatalkan perisytiharan—
Pusat Petrokimia dan Industri Maritim Tanjung Bin (Fasa 1) yang terletak di sebahagian Lot PTD 1851, Mukim Serkat, Daerah Pontian, Johor Bahru,
Johor sebagai suatu zon perindustrian bebas yang disiarkan dalam Warta melalui Pemberitahuan Zon Bebas (Kawasan yang Diisytiharkan) 2012
[P.U. (B) 176/2012] pada 9 Mei 2012; dan
Kawasan Zon Perindustrian Bebas Tanjung Bin, Pontian yang terletak di Mukim Serkat, Daerah Pontian, Johor Bahru, Johor sebagai suatu zon perindustrian bebas yang disiarkan dalam Warta melalui Pemberitahuan
Zon Bebas (Kawasan yang Diisytiharkan) 2023 [P.U. (B) 253/2023]
pada 11 Julai 2023.

Pemberitahuan ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 September 2025.

FREE ZONES ACT 1990
NOTIFICATION OF REVOCATION OF FREE ZONES
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the Free Zones Act 1990
[Act 438], the Minister revokes the declaration of—
Tanjung Bin Petrochemical and Maritime Industrial Hub (Phase 1)
situated in parts of Lot PTD 1851, Mukim Serkat, District of Pontian,
Johor Bahru, Johor as a free industrial zone published in the Gazette by the Free Zones (Declared Area) Notification 2012 [P.U. (B) 176/2012]
on 9 May 2012; and
Free Industrial Zone Tanjung Bin, Pontian situated in Mukim of Serkat,
District of Pontian, Johor Bahru, Johor as a free industrial zone published in the Gazette by the Free Zones (Declared Area) Notification 2023
[P.U. (B) 253/2023] on 11 July 2023.

This Notification comes into operation on 1 September 2025.
