NOTIFICATION OF REVOCATION OF FREE ZONES

Preamble

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister revokes the declaration of—

(a)

Tanjung Bin Petrochemical and Maritime Industrial Hub (Phase 1)

situated in parts of Lot PTD 1851, Mukim Serkat, District of Pontian,

Johor Bahru, Johor as a free industrial zone published in the Gazette by the Free Zones (Declared Area) Notification 2012 [P.U. (B) 176/2012]

on 9 May 2012; and

(b)

Free Industrial Zone Tanjung Bin, Pontian situated in Mukim of Serkat,

District of Pontian, Johor Bahru, Johor as a free industrial zone published in the Gazette by the Free Zones (Declared Area) Notification 2023
