Bhd. untuk mengkompaun bagi pembayaran duti atas Borang Langganan Hak yang boleh dikenakan duti setem berhubung dengan butiran 4 Jadual Pertama kepada Akta. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 9(1) of the Stamp Act 1949 [Act 378], the Collector authorizes Securities Services (Holdings) Sdn. Bhd. to compound for the payment of duty on the Rights Subscription Form which is chargeable with stamp duty in relation to item 4 of the First Schedule to the Act.
