MENURUT perenggan 28(1)(c) Akta Perlindungan Varieti Baru Tumbuhan 2004

[Akta 634], Lembaga menyiarkan pendaftaran varieti baru tumbuhan dan pemberian hak pembiak baka yang telah direkodkan dalam Daftar Varieti Baru

Tumbuhan sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual.

PURSUANT to paragraph 28(1)(c) of the Protection of New Plant Varieties Act 2004
