- MENURUT perenggan 28(1)(c) Akta Perlindungan Varieti Baru Tumbuhan 2004 [Akta 634], Lembaga menyiarkan pendaftaran varieti baru tumbuhan dan pemberian hak pembiak baka yang telah direkodkan dalam Daftar Varieti Baru Tumbuhan sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual.
