(a)
dalam butiran 2, dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan “Gas Asli”
perkataan “(kecuali di Negeri Sarawak)”; dan
(b)
dalam butiran 3, dengan memasukkan selepas perkataan
“Gas Cecair Petroliam” perkataan “(kecuali di Negeri Sarawak)”.

NOTIFICATION OF EXEMPTION (AMENDMENT) 2021
Opening note
Preamble
- IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 6(6) of the Petroleum Development Act 1974 [Act 144], the Prime Minister makes the following notification: Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This notification may be cited as the Notification of Exemption
(Amendment) 2021.
(2)
This Notification comes into operation on 1 June 2021.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Schedule to the Notification of Exemption [P.U. (A) 86/1982] is amended in paragraph II—
(a)
in item 2, by inserting after the words “Natural Gas” the words
“(except in the State of Sarawak)”; and
(b)
in item 3, by inserting after the words “Liquefied Petroleum Gas” the words
“(except in the State of Sarawak)”.
