PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 22

Akta Perlindungan Varieti Baru Tumbuhan 2004 [Akta 634], Lembaga memberitahu bahawa suatu permohonan telah dibuat bagi pendaftaran varieti baru tumbuhan dan pemberian hak pembiak baka sebagaimana yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual.

IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 22

of the
