- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh seksyen 22 Akta Perlindungan Varieti Baru Tumbuhan 2004 [Akta 634], Lembaga dengan ini memberitahu bahawa suatu permohonan bagi pendaftaran varieti baru tumbuhan dan pemberian hak pembiak baka telah dibuat seperti yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual. - IN exercise of the powers conferred by section 22 of the Protection of New Plant Varieties Act 2004 [Act 634], the Board hereby notifies that an application for the registration of new plant variety and grant of breeder’s right has been made as specified in the Schedule.
