Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 10(2) Akta Zon Bebas 1990, Menteri membuat pemberitahuan yang Akta 438. berikut:

Jadual Kedua kepada Akta Zon Bebas 1990 adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas sahaja butiran 10 butiran 11 baru yang berikut:

Semua tanah yang terletak di Batu Berendam, dalam Mukim Bachang, Daerah Tengah Melaka, yang dilingkungi dengan garisan kelabu yang ditunjukkan dalam Pelan Warta 294 yang disimpan di pejabat Pengarah Ukur, Melaka.

FREE ZONES (AMENDMENT) NOTIFICATION 1992
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by section 10(2) of the Free Zones Act 1990, the Minister makes the following notification:
Seksyen 1
This Notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Amendment) Notification 1992 and shall come into force on the 24th September 1992.
Seksyen 2
The Second Schedule to the Free Zones Act 1990 is amended by inserting immediately after item 10 the following new item 11:

Manufacturing
All that land situated in Batu Berendam, in the Mukim of Bachang, in the Central District of Malacca, bounded by the grey line as shown in the Gazette Plan 294 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey, Malacca.
