FREE ZONES (DECLARED AREA) (NO. 2) (AMENDMENT) NOTIFICATION 2023
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the Free Zones Act 1990
[Act 438], the Minister makes the following notification:
Citation and commencement 1.
(1)
This notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Declared Area) (No. 2)
(Amendment) Notification 2023.
(2)
This Notification comes into operation on 1 August 2023.
Amendment of Schedule 2.
The Free Zones (Declared Area) (No. 2) Notification 1993 [P.U. (B) 95/1993]
is amended in the Schedule by substituting for the particulars in column (2)
the following particulars:
