FREE ZONES ACT 1990

FREE ZONES (DECLARED AREA) (NO. 3) NOTIFICATION 2023

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 3(1) of the Free Zones Act 1990

[Act 438], the Minister makes the following notification:

Citation and commencement 1.

This notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Declared Area) (No. 3)

Notification 2023.

(2)

This Notification comes into operation on 15 August 2023.

Declared area 2.

The

Minister declares the area specified in the

Schedule as a free commercial zone.
