- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen (2) seksyen 10 Akta Zon Bebas 1990, Menteri membuat pemberitahuan Akta 438. yang berikut:
Seksyen 2
Jadual Pertama kepada Akta adalah dipinda, dalam tajuk bagi ruang (1), dalam teks bahasa kebangsaan, dengan menggantikan perkataan "Perindustrian" dengan perkataan "Perdagangan".
Seksyen 3
Jadual Kedua kepada Akta adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 12 butiran yang berikut:

FREE ZONES (AMENDMENT) NOTIFICATION 1993
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection (2) of section 10 of the Free Zones Act 1990, the Minister makes the following notification:
Seksyen 1
This Notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Amendment) Notification 1993 and shall come into force on the 18th March 1993.
Seksyen 2
The First Schedule to the Act is amended, in the heading of column (1), in the national language text, by substituting for the word "Perindustrian" the word "Perdagangan".
Seksyen 3
The Second Schedule to the Act is amended by inserting after item 12 the following items:

All that land situated in the Mukim of Sungai Karang, in the District of Kuantan, Pahang bounded by the grey line as shown shown in the Gazette Plans 1843 and 1844 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey, Pahang
