FREE ZONES (AMENDMENT) NOTIFICATION 2001

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(2) of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister makes the following notification:

Citation and commencement

1. (1) This notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Amendment) Notification 2001.

This Notification comes into operation on 15 February 2001.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438] is amended in item 6 by substituting for the words “Gazette Plan 440” the words “Gazette Plan 460 and Gazette Plan 1269”.

Dated 31 January 2001.
