FREE ZONES (AMENDMENT OF SECOND SCHEDULE) NOTIFICATION (NO. 2) 2021

IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(2)

of the

Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister makes the following notification:

Citation and commencement 1.

(1)

This notification may be cited as the

Free

Zones

(Amendment of Second Schedule) Notification (No. 2) 2021.

(2)

This Notification comes into operation on 1 August 2021.

Amendment of Second Schedule 2.

The Second Schedule to the Free Zones Act 1990 is amended in item 14

in column (1) by substituting for the words “MPI/30-51, MPI/30-62(B), MPI/30-62(C)

and MPI/30-62(D)” the words “MP 1/50-61B”.
