Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Zon Bebas 1990 dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 20 butiran yang berikut:

Kawasan yang terletak di Mukim Sungai Karang, Daerah Kuantan, Pahang, dilingkungi oleh garisan kelabu sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam Pelan Warta PW5317 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Pahang.

- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(2) of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister makes the following notification: Citation and commencement

This notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Amendment of First Schedule) Notification 2019.
Seksyen 2
Amendment of First Schedule
The First Schedule to the Free Zones Act 1990 is amended by inserting after item 20 the following item:

"21. Kuantan Port Free Zone Mukim of Sungai Karang, District of Kuantan, Pahang:
Commercial".
The area situated in the Mukim of Sungai Karang, District of Kuantan, Pahang, bounded by the grey line as shown in the Gazette Plan PW5317 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Pahang.
