Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 10(2) Akta Zon Bebas 1990
[Akta 438], Menteri membuat pemberitahuan yang berikut:
s 1Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa
Pemberitahuan ini bolehlah dinamakan Pemberitahuan Zon Bebas
(Pindaan Jadual Pertama) (No. 2) 2023.
Pemberitahuan ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 1 Ogos 2023.
s 2Pindaan Jadual Pertama
Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Zon Bebas 1990 dipinda dengan menggantikan butiran 4 dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya dengan butiran dan butir-butir yang berikut:

Semua tanah yang terletak di dalam

FREE ZONES (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) (NO. 2) NOTIFICATION 2023
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(2) of the Free Zones Act 1990
[Act 438], the Minister makes the following notification:
Citation and commencement 1.
This notification may be cited as the
Free
Zones
(Amendment of First Schedule) (No. 2) Notification 2023.
This Notification comes into operation on 1 August 2023.
Amendment of First Schedule 2.
The First Schedule to the Free Zones Act 1990 is amended by substituting for item 4 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:
Name of Free Commercial Zone
Activities
“4. Mukim of Kapar, District of Klang,
Selangor:
Commercial”.
All that land situated in the Mukim of
Kapar, District of Klang, Selangor bounded by the grey line as shown in the Gazette Plan PW882 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Selangor excluding the areas of land occupied by the Kedah Cement, Gold Coin
