Preamble
PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 10(2) Akta Zon Bebas 1990
[Akta 438], Menteri meminda Jadual Pertama kepada Akta dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 27 dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya butiran dan butir-butir yang berikut:

FREE ZONES ACT 1990
NOTIFICATION OF FREE ZONES (AMENDMENT OF FIRST SCHEDULE) (NO. 3) 2025
Preamble
IN exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(2) of the Free Zones Act 1990
[Act 438], the Minister amends the First Schedule to the Act by inserting after item 27 and the particulars relating to it the following item and particulars:

The area situated in the Mukim of Tebrau,
District of Johor Bahru, State of Johore which is bounded by the grey line as shown in the Gazette Plan PW50275 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Johore
