- PADA menjalankan kuasa-kuasa yang diberi oleh seksyen 3(1) Akta Zon Bebas 1990, Menteri membuat pemberitahuan yang berikut:

Menteri dengan ini mengisytiharkan kawasan-kawasan yang dinyatakan dalam Jadual kepada pemberitahuan ini sebagai suatu zon perindustrian bebas.

Act 438.
FREE ZONES (DECLARED AREAS) NOTIFICATION 1992
In exercise of the powers conferred by section 3(1) of the Free Zones Act 1990, the Minister makes the following notification:
1. This Notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Declared Areas) Notification 1992 and shall come into force on the 24th September 1992.
2. The Minister hereby declares the areas specified in the Schedule to this notification as free industrial zones.
