Preamble
- PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 10(2) Akta Akta 438. Zon Bebas 1990, Menteri membuat pemberitahuan yang berikut:

Jadual Pertama kepada Akta Zon Bebas 1990 adalah dipinda dengan memasukkan selepas butiran 6 butiran yang berikut:

Perdagangan
Semua tanah yang terletak dalam Mukim 12, Daerah Barat Daya, Pulau Pinang yang dilingkungi dengan garisan kelabu sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam Pelan Warta 495 yang disimpan di Pejabat Pengarah Ukur dan Pemetaan, Pulau Pinang.

Pekan Bukit Kayu Hitam dan Mukim Sungai Laka, Daerah Kubang Pasu, Kedah—
Semua tanah yang terletak dalam Pekan Bukit Kayu Hitam dan Mukim Sungai Laka, Daerah Kubang Pasu yang dilingkungi dengan garisan kelabu sebagaimana yang ditunjukkan dalam Pelan Warta 1358 yang disimpan di Pejabat Ukur Kedah.

FREE ZONES (AMENDMENT) (No.2) NOTIFICATION 1996
Opening note
Preamble
- In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(2) of the Free Zones Act 1990, the Minister makes the following notification:
Seksyen 1
This notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Amendment) (No.2) Notification 1996 and shall come into force on 23 September 1996.
Seksyen 2
The First Schedule of the Free Zones Act 1990 is amended by inserting after item 6 the following item:

"7. Mukim 12, District of Barat Daya, Penang—
Commercial
All that land situated in Mukim 12, District of Barat Daya, Penang, bounded by the grey line as shown in the Gazette Plan 495 deposited in the office of the Director of Survey and Mapping, Penang.
Seksyen 8
Bukit Kayu Hitam Town and Mukim of Sungai Laka, District of Kubang Pasu, Kedah—
Commercial
All that land situated in the Town of Bukit Kayu Hitam and Mukim of Sungai Laka, District of Kubang Pasu, bounded by the grey line as shown in the Gazette Plan 1358 deposited in the Survey Office, Kedah.
