AKTA ZON BEBAS 1990

PEMBERITAHUAN ZON BEBAS (PINDAAN) (No.2) 2000

PADA menjalankan kuasa yang diberikan oleh subseksyen 10(2) Akta Zon Bebas 1990 [Akta 438], Menteri membuat pemberitahuan yang berikut:

Nama dan permulaan kuat kuasa

1. (1) Pemberitahuan ini bolehlah dinamakan Pemberitahuan Zon Bebas (Pindaan) (No.2) 2000.

(2)

Pemberitahuan ini mula berkuat kuasa pada 14 September 2000.

Pindaan Jadual Pertama

2. Akta Zon Bebas 1990 [Akta 438], yang disebut "Akta ibu" dalam Pemberitahuan ini, dipinda dalam Jadual Pertama dengan menggantikan butiran 1 dan butir-butir yang berhubungan dengannya butir-butir berikut:

(ii)

Tanah yang diduduki oleh Petronas Dagangan Berhad di Lot 66226 dan 66227;

(iii)

Tanah yang didududki oleh BP Malaysia Sdn. Bhd. di Lot 66221 dan 66222;

(iv)

Tangki No. 603 di premis Intercontinental Terminals (M) Sdn. Bhd. di Lot 66223;

(v)

Tangki No. 752 dan 1502 di premis Intercontinental Terminals (M) Sdn. Bhd. di Lot 66224; dan

(vi)

Kawasan Pemeriksaan Kastam seluas 0.459 hektar di Terminal Kontena di Lot 66208.

Pindaan Jadual Kedua

3. Jadual Kedua Akta ibu dipinda dalam butiran 1 dengan menggantikan perkataan "Pelan Warta 1709" dengan perkataan "Pelan Warta 2235".

FREE ZONES ACT 1990

FREE ZONES (AMENDMENT) NOTIFICATION (No.2) 2000

In exercise of the powers conferred by subsection 10(2) of the Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], the Minister makes the following notification.

Citation and commencement

1. (1) This notification may be cited as the Free Zones (Amendment) Notification (No.2) 2000.

This Notification comes into operation on 14 September 2000.

Amendment of First Schedule

2. The Free Zones Act 1990 [Act 438], which in this Notification is referred to as the "principal Act", is amended in the First Schedule by substituting for item 1 and the particulars relating thereto the following particulars:

Activities

"1. Mukim of Plentong District of Johor Bahru:

Commercial

All that land situated in the Mukim of Plentong in the District of Johor Bahru, bounded by the grey line shown in the Gazette Plans 2233 dan 2234 deposited in the Office of the Director of Survey Johor, excluding the areas specified below:

(i)

Land occupied by Felda Johore Bulkers Sdn. Bhd. at Lot 66228 and 66229;

(ii)

Land occupied by Petronas Dagangan Bhd at Lot 66226 and 66227;

(iii)

Land occupied by BP Malaysia Sdn. Bhd at Lot 66221 and 66222;

(iv)

Tank No. 603 at the premise of Intercontinental Terminals (M) Sdn. Bhd. at Lot 66223;

(v)

Tank Nos. 752 and 1502 at the premise of Intercontinental Terminals (M) Sdn. Bhd. at Lot 66224; and

(vi)

Customs Inspection Bay in area of 0.459 hectare in Container Terminal at Lot 66208.

Amendment of Second Schedule

3. Second Schedule of the principal Act is amended in item 1 by substituting for the words "Gazette Plan 1709" the words "Gazette Plan 2235".
